You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Our warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers the string and clasp only. Beads are not covered under warranty as they are a natural stone that is not man made. Sleeping with the necklace on and using in water will void your warranty. For warranty claims please email us a photo.
Our Warranty does not cover natural inclusions, broken beads, crazing and colour changes.
We ship to anywhere in Australia for a flat rate per order, Australia Post registered.
All orders are sent in a padded bag.
